In the Turkmen agricultural institute, work is systematically carried out to improve the teaching of professional disciplines to students and increase their interest in science. On october 29, the Turkmen agricultural institute organized and held the II Internet olympiad on soil science among students of the country’s higher educational institutions of the country. This olympiad was conducted using the capabilities of the institute’s internal portal, based on the instructions of the esteemed President regarding the digitalization of the country’s science and education system of the country and bringing professional training in line with international standards. Unlike traditional olympiads, the II Internet olympiad on soil science was held at the state level with the full utilization of the capabilities of the digital system. A total of 84 talented students from 17 higher educational institutions across the country took an active part in the Olympiad. The olympiad was conducted in the form of tests, and according to the regulations, the winners were the students who advanced and showed high results.
Students from the International Academy of horse breeding named after Aba Annayev, the Turkmen agricultural institute, the Turkmen state institute of architecture and construction, the Oguz han engineering and technology university of Turkmenistan, and the border institute of Turkmenistan showed high results in this olympiad. This olympiad became a clear evidence of the successful implementation of the Turkmen agricultural institute’s strategy for unlocking student potential and supporting their professional development. Systematically held olympiads, aimed at the further development of agriculture in Turkmenistan, are directed towards training highly educated, creative, and digitally proficient specialists masters of their craft for the agro industrial complex of our country.
