In order to reveal abilities and talents of students and find their worthy place in society, to foster a sense of love and loyalty to the Motherland, a responsible attitude towards protecting the interests of the Motherland and fulfilling civic duties, as well as to successfully fulfill the tasks of organizing creative contests among young people and revealing new talents in the State Program of the State Policy on Youth in Turkmenistan for 2021-2025, to educate in our younger generations a sense of pride in the main goals of the historical development of the Fatherland, the successfully implemented state policy, and to form a new generation of young preachers and orators, a competition on the art of oratory was held among students of the institute, jointly organized by the Turkmen Agricultural Institute and the Dashoguz Velayat Council of the Youth Organization of Turkmenistan named after Magtymguly.
The competition consisted of two stages, and the preliminary selection stage (stage 1) for those wishing to participate in the competition was held on April 16, 2025. The Organizers prepared test questions consisting of a total of 100 questions on the subjects of Modern Turkmen Society, Turkmen Language, Legal Fundamentals of Turkmenistan, and Foreign Policy of Turkmenistan, the valuable works of our Hero Arkadag and our Arkadagly Hero Serdar, and the of students educational level was checked, and the 10 students with the best results were granted the right to participate in the second stage of the competition. The second stage of the competition was held on April 24, 2025, and the participants made speeches on the topic “Foreign Policy and Permanent Neutrality of Turkmenistan”. According to the regulations of the competition, after the of participant planned speech, the members of the jury were given any topic unknown to the participant, and the participant continued his speech in an improvised manner.
According to the results of the competition, Ayna Badakova, a 1st year student of the Greenhouse Farming specialty, won the 1st place, Ogulnabat Karlyeva, a 4th year student of the bachelor of the Information Security Management (in agriculture), won the 2nd place, Gozel Miriyeva, a 4th year student of the Greenhouse Farming specialty, won the 3rd place, as well as Gulsenem Gurbanova, a 2nd year student of the bachelor of the Agricultural Economics and Management, and Ogulgerek Muradova, a 3rd year student of the bachelor of the Automation and Management (in agriculture), won incentive prizes. The winners were awarded with letters of honor and commemorative gifts by the Turkmen Agricultural Institute and the Dashoguz Velayat Council of the Youth Organization of Turkmenistan named after Magtymguly.
