The “Glorious History” Student Scientific Club at the Social Sciences Department of the Turkmen Agricultural Institute organized a scientific and practical conference for students titled “The Silk Road – The Road of Friendship and Brotherhood” dedicated to the 34th anniversary of our glorious Independence.
Among the speakers, the reports delivered were particularly impressive and generated significant interest among the audience: Shatlyk Khudaiberdyev, a lecturer at the Social Sciences Department, spoke on the topic “The History of the Origin of the Silk Road”, Aina Badakova, a 2nd-year student specializing in greenhouse farming, presented on “Ancient Merv – Witness to the Millennia”, Roza Miriyewa (also a student of the same specialty) presented on “Amul on the Great Silk Road.”
Following the presentations, discussions were organized among the students, which included a question-and-answer session for each scientific report. The speakers managed to make their presentations even more impactful through the appropriate use of technical aids.
To summarize the scientific and practical conference, Aidzheren Tagandurdiyeva, Head of the Social Sciences Department, delivered a speech. She congratulated the students and faculty who participated in the scientific event on the approaching Independence Day holiday. She also expressed gratitude on behalf of the Faculty Dean’s office, the Institute’s Scientific Department, and the Rectorate to the students who actively participated and spoke at the conference.
