THE HORSE – THE HERITAGE OF THE PEOPLE

In the period of the Revival of the new Era of the Powerful State, our country is devoting great attention to glorifying national values and revealing the talents of the younger generation. The Turkmen Agricultural Institute and the Dashoguz City Council of Agro-Industrial Workers’ Trade Unions of Turkmenistan jointly organized a drawing competition for the institute’s students, titled “The horse – the Heritage of the People.” The event was dedicated to the year’s motto, “Independent Neutral Turkmenistan – the Homeland of Purposeful Winged horse,” and Turkmen Horse Day.

During the competition, students demonstrated their drawing skills and rich creative potential. Their depiction of a Turkmen horse, rendered on a white sheet of paper, vividly captured the boundless love and devotion of our people for Akhal-Teke horses. Using a variety of drawing techniques, the participants masterfully conveyed the beauty, nobility, and connection of horses to our national heritage.

This creative competition played a significant role in fostering students’ patriotic spirit and increasing their interest in art. In addition to expanding their professional knowledge, the event contributed to their cultural and spiritual enrichment.

Following the competition, the jury selected the works that stood out for their quality and content. First place was awarded to Leyla Saparova, a first-year student majoring in Agronomy, Kerim Asdanguliev, a third-year student majoring in Veterinary Medicine, Soltangul Babahanova, a first-year student majoring in Agronomy, Humay Mekanova, a first-year student majoring in Agroecology, Gulnur Pirekova, a first-year student majoring in Agrochemistry and Soil Science, Selbi Kaharova, a third-year student majoring in Agronomy; and Ogulzheren Matieva, a first-year student majoring in Agricultural Engineering. The winning students were awarded certificates of honor and commemorative gifts from the Dashoguz City Council of Trade Unions of Turkmenistan.

The students who participated in the competition expressed their deep gratitude to our Esteemed President and Hero Arkadag for the opportunities created for young people to study and work! They wished the Esteemed President and Hero Arkadag good health, and may their great endeavors and noble deeds always be met with success!
