A COMPETITION WAS HELD ON THE OCCASION OF “WORLD GEODESY DAY”.

During the Revival of the new Epoch of the Powerful State, in the year of “Ocean of Wisdom of Magtymguly Pyragy”, under the far-sighted and prudent leadership of our Arkadagly Hero Serdar, large-scale work is being carried out in the field of improving the education system, implementing the concept of digital education and deeply introducing the digital system in the agricultural sector. The digital system simplifies and speeds up agricultural operations and allows for centralized controlling of equipment location, fuel consumption, time of use and many other indicators from anywhere in the world where there is Internet access, even from a mobile phone.

Effectively using such excellent opportunities, on March 12, 2024, under the organization of the scientific club “GeoGIS”, the competition named “The Role of Geodesy in Agriculture” was held among students of the Turkmen Agricultural Institute on the occasion of World Geodesy Day. The competitors demonstrated their theoretical knowledge by answering the test questions. Students, who gained the highest scores in the competition were awarded certificates.
